HealthEdge is seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer to join our remote US team. You will support ETL pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA to ensure reliable healthcare software solutions.
The role emphasizes deployment, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement, with weekend support as needed. A strong background in C#, SQL, Python, and Airflow is expected.
Qualifications
- 8+ years hands-on experience with C#, SQL and scripting.
- Experience supporting ETL pipelines and troubleshooting production issues.
- Familiarity with healthcare data formats and ETL tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
Responsibilities
- Support ETL processes and pipelines for large healthcare datasets.
- Resolve production issues and implement fixes.
- Collaborate with customers, BAs, developers and QA to diagnose issues.
- Monitor, deploy, and orchestrate jobs across environments.
- Create and maintain deployment guides and architecture diagrams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional teamwork.
- Occasional weekend support for critical issues.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve skills and processes.
