Citi in Tampa, FL seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and programming of critical applications. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement strategic enhancements, and ensure alignment with Citi's architecture blueprint and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, 6-10 years in apps development or systems analysis, and extensive experience with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 6-10 years of relevant Apps Development or systems analysis experience.
• Extensive experience with Oracle ERP applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and lead initiatives.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written, verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and deploy enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and align with architecture.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
