Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in Tampa, FL to drive senior-level system analysis, programming, and architecture-aligned project delivery.

You will partner with management to deploy product enhancements, tackle complex business processes, and lead mid-level developers through critical initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in ETL, Hadoop-based data workflows, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Experience building Python data integration jobs and ETL framework
• Designing and delivering ETL solutions focusing on centralized reference data
• Hands-on Ab Initio experience with graphs, plans, PDL, DML and migration to Python workloads
• Strong data processing experience at scale, including Kafka integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities
• Partner with management teams to define system enhancements and deploy new products/process improvements
• Resolve complex business and system problems through deep analysis
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Understand how architecture, infrastructure and business areas integrate to achieve goals
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work accordingly
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules and Citigroup policies with transparency
• Apply innovative thinking to define issues and develop solutions
• Support and guide project delivery across multiple teams
