S&C Electric Company seeks an Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead and coordinate the Legal & Compliance program. You will manage third‑party risk, ethics helpline, policy ownership, and trend reporting, partnering with Legal, HR and the business to promote integrity and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will train others, monitor regulatory developments, and support data privacy initiatives, with a leadership role across global teams in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of ethics, compliance, legal, or risk experience.
• Deep knowledge of ethics and compliance program elements.
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple initiatives.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to train and support team members.

Responsabilidades

• Administer global Ethics & Compliance program with minimal supervision; identify improvements.
• Administer third‑party risk management workflow, screening, and records; enhance screening criteria.
• Manage ethics helpline, case reporting, and metrics for leadership and Board.
• Own assigned policies; draft, revise, publish, and attestation.
• Track trends, prepare metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
• Support data privacy initiatives; respond to inquiries and maintain processing records.
• Coordinate monitoring, testing, and audit activities; track CAPAs.
• Develop and deliver ethics training and awareness programs.
• Monitor regulatory developments in ethics, anti‑corruption, trade.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Procurement; embed compliance into processes.
• Support international projects and subsidiary management.
• Train and support other team members.
• Understand and comply with company policies and rules.
