Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a Lead Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer, Engineering, in a hybrid US-based role. You will lead and oversee the Ethics & Compliance program for the Engineering organization, reviewing, investigating, and addressing issues while supporting a Speak Up culture.

Travel to Engineering sites is anticipated, and you will coordinate with HR, Communications, and other stakeholders to deliver training and implement policy initiatives across the engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance and/or related function; OR an advanced degree and 10+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance and/or related function.
• US Citizenship required, due to government contracts, programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney’s Ethics & Compliance program for the Engineering organization.
• Travel to Engineering sites is anticipated.
• Develop and support policies, training, and Speak Up initiatives across Engineering.
