Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of ethics/compliance experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney’s Ethics & Compliance program for the Engineering organization.
• Travel to Engineering sites is anticipated.
• Lead, manage and coordinate Engineering Local Ethics & Compliance Officers and investigators.
• Develop programs and policies to prevent and investigate misconduct by employees and third parties.
• Support reporting of violations to enforcement agencies as appropriate.
• Deliver training and promote a Speak Up culture within Engineering.
