Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer for the Asheville site. The role leads the Global Ethics & Compliance program, reviewing investigations and guiding compliant business solutions across functions.

Candidates should have strong leadership, integrity and collaboration skills, with a focus on a robust Speak Up culture. The role requires 10+ years in ethics/compliance or related fields (or 7+ with an advanced degree) and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney’s Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) program for the Asheville, NC site and other locations as needed.
• Report to the Lead Senior ECO for Operations and Quality; work independently and with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant business solutions on ethics issues.
• Manage investigation processes to ensure timely completion, implement corrective actions, and ensure fair evaluations including disciplinary measures.
• Lead efforts to enhance the ethics and Speak Up culture at the site.
• Ensure proper reporting of violations to enforcement agencies as appropriate.
• Adhere to the RTX Code of Conduct and provide guidance on policy compliance including conflicts of interest and gifts/sponsorships.
• Coordinate and lead Compliance briefings and participate in GEC initiatives at P&W and RTX levels.
• Travel up to 25%.
