Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Middletown, PA, is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead site Environmental Health & Safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations as well as RTX/PW standards.

You will develop and implement EH&S programs, conduct audits, lead risk assessments, train staff, and drive a zero-incident safety culture across the site, coordinating with leadership to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EH&S or related field required.
• 10+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of EH&S programs in alignment with regulatory standards.
• Conduct EH&S audits and inspections with timely corrective actions.
• Lead risk assessments (LOTO, machine guarding, confined space, PRA, ergonomics, PPE).
• Drive Zero Incident Safety Culture through leadership collaboration.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Manage EH&S training, metrics, records, and regulatory submissions.
