Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, FL, is seeking an ETF Operations Intermediate Associate Analyst to support the ETF Services team in managing primary market orders and coordinating with fund managers, sponsors, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate settlement.

You will handle ETF creation and redemption orders, settlements in-kind and cash, monitor SLA compliance, research exceptions, and help maintain risk controls while leveraging Excel and standard Office tools in a high-volume,

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related area.
• ETF industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of domestic and international markets is ideal but not required.
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; anticipate issues and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• ETF creation and redemption order processing and settlement for the primary market.
• ETF creation and redemption settlement arrangements, both in-kind and cash.
• Maintain positive relationships with sponsors and clients.
• Oversee settlement of secondary market trades when creating and redeeming for a client.
• ETF collateral processing and P&L calculations.
• Research and escalate daily exceptions for resolution.
• Ensure SLA and deadlines are met and AP contracts upheld.
• Monitor and research errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
