Job summary

Citi is seeking a management-level professional for the NAM ETF Operations team in Tampa, FL. The role requires 3+ years of ETF operations experience and a solid understanding of ETF creation/redemption, settlement, and P&L processes.

You will oversee transaction processing, inquiries handling, and control reviews while mentoring staff. Strong interpersonal and time-management skills are essential to collaborate across desks and ensure accurate fund accounting and custody support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ETF Operations experience.
• Working knowledge of mutual fund accounting related to ETFs.
• Knowledge of custody related to ETFs.
• Ability to review transactions and resolve issues.
