Job summary

Volarify in Exton, PA is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead residential, commercial, and industrial restoration estimates. You will develop detailed scopes of work, build floor plans with Xactimate Sketch, and manage budgets while coordinating with clients, engineers, and trades to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration estimating, strong MS Office and Xactimate skills, and experience handling large projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or contents estimating.
• Residential estimating experience > $50,000 and commercial up to $100,000.
• Estimation Platform Level 1 and 2 certification completed.
• Xactimate Intermediate Training completed.
• National rate and material invoicing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate scopes of work with minimal over/under estimating.
• Create detailed floor plans and roof sketches using Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Develop and manage project budgets, addressing variances.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain construction schedules and coordinate with trades.
• Apply restoration best practices including mitigation and deodorization.
• Perform investigative demolition and structure decontamination services.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Independently manage workload and project responsibilities.
• Maintain company vehicles and complete safety reporting.
