Job summary

Volarify is seeking a Construction Estimator for our client in Auburn Hills, MI. The estimator will inspect sites, determine scope, prepare estimates, and manage reconstruction projects for residential and commercial losses, coordinating with adjusters, property managers, and clients.

The role requires 2+ years in construction or restoration estimating, knowledge of local codes, and proficiency with Xactimate, DASH, Encircle, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or restoration estimating.
• Working knowledge of local building codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Xactimate and DASH is a must.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial loss sites to determine the scope of work.
• Collaborate with adjusters, property managers, and clients.
• Manage documentation and communication in tools like Outlook, Dash, Encircle, and Xactimate.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Support emergency on-call rotation as needed.

As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in helping property owners recover after disaster. You’ll be responsible for scoping, estimating, and managing reconstruction projects while delivering exceptional service to homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property managers.

What You’ll Do:
