Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Senior Estimator / Project Manager to develop new business opportunities, prepare accurate estimates, and manage projects in demolition and environmental remediation sectors. The role serves as a liaison among clients, operations, field personnel, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in demolition, environmental remediation, abatement, construction, or related industries.
Proven experience in estimating, proposal preparation, and project management.
Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and contract acquisition.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall project performance.
Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and pre-bid meetings.
Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare detailed estimates and competitive proposals utilizing estimating and takeoff software.
Develop labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, disposal, and contingency cost estimates.
Prepare bid packages, prequalification documents, and proposal submissions.
Enter and maintain estimating and sales activity information within company CRM systems.
