Job summary

VEIT, a leading specialty contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator in the Demolition group to finalize bids and secure projects. You will provide overall management direction from start to finish, including scheduling, cost containment, progress monitoring, and client contact on large revenue projects.

Responsibilities include developing full estimates based on plans and specs, coordinating bid submittals, leading pre-construction meetings, and ensuring profitable scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 15+ years estimating and managing large complex projects experience in related scope of work.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with multiple management levels and external partners.
• Knowledge of construction software and MS Office tools; ability to interpret policies and data.

Responsibilities

• Finalize bids and secure projects for the Demolition group.
• Provide overall management direction from start to finish including scheduling, cost containment, progress monitoring, and client contact.
• Prepare and coordinate full estimates on large complex work; review plans and specs; gather quotes and submittals.
