Job summary

EHG, a full-service environmental remediation and demolition contractor in Morrisville, NC, seeks an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to lead pursuits and oversee projects from estimate to closeout.

You will develop cost estimates, competitive proposals, and secure contracts while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with operations and leadership to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence across demolition and remediation services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in demolition, environmental remediation, abatement, construction, or related industries.
• Proven experience in estimating, proposal preparation, and project management.
• Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and contract acquisition.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall project performance.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates and competitive proposals for demolition and remediation projects.
• Manage projects from contract award through completion, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts.
• Coordinate with operations, field teams, and vendors to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare bid packages, change orders, and progress reporting.
