Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Senior Estimator to create accurate scopes and manage budgets for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will build detailed estimates using Xactimate, coordinate with clients and management, and oversee work from start to finish to ensure timely completion.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with local codes, and a track record of meeting budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scopes (high precision).
• Create floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Develop quality and competitive estimates using Xactimate.
• Manage estimates through completion and communicate progress with clients and management.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to meet timelines.
• Assist in continued training to achieve Estimator Level 2/3 certification.
