Jobot is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team in Lexington, SC. This permanent role focuses on developing detailed and competitive cost estimates during the pre-construction phase for high-profile projects.

With 5+ years in construction estimating, you will lead pre-bid sessions, prepare RFPs, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate estimates and successful contract negotiations. Excellent benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar construction role.
• Experience in pre-construction, including pre-bid sessions and RFPs.
• Proficient with BlueBeam or equivalent.
• Significant base building and interior project experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Degree in construction management or engineering advantageous.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-construction process, including conducting pre-bid sessions, preparing and formatting RFPs, and providing comprehensive cost estimates.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best prices and terms for our projects.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
