Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our construction team. This permanent role focuses on estimating, cost analysis, and project management across design-build projects, from inception to completion.

You will review drawings, prepare detailed estimates with BlueBeam, analyze labor and equipment costs, submit RFQs, and collaborate with project managers to meet budgets and schedules. A 5+ years' experience and a relevant degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimation.
• Proficient in BlueBeam or similar software.
• Experience with base building construction projects.
• Ability to interpret two-dimensional drawings.
• Experience in preparing RFQs and tracking bids.
• Strong negotiation and cost estimation track record.
• Knowledge of materials, labor, and equipment costs in building construction.
• Experience in developing written proposals and presenting to clients/stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

11. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
