Rosendin Electric, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Estimator to lead bid development and cost estimation for electrical construction. You will coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and clients to produce competitive, accurate estimates.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 4+ years estimating, and proficiency with Accubid, LiveCount Cloud, Bluebeam, CAD/3D tools, plus leadership to mentor staff. Travel up to 10%.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years estimating or related experience in construction.
• Experience with Accubid, LiveCount Cloud, Bluebeam preferred.
• CAD or 3D software experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to mentor others.

Mansioni

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-offs and generate detailed bid documents.
• Review drawings and specs; attend pre-bid meetings to define scope.
• Lead discipline sub-estimates; ensure data back-ups for estimates.
• Solicit and review quotes from suppliers/subcontractors for completeness.
• Communicate scope and pricing to Chief Estimator and project teams.
• Maintain estimating program files and support project turnover.
