Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare and complete bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. You will lead the estimating team, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure thorough, competitive bids.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 4 years of estimating experience; proficiency with Accubid, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam is preferred. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' estimating or related experience in closing construction estimates.
• Experience with Accubid estimating software, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam preferred.
• CAD or 3D software experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-off and complete bid packages.
• Lead estimators on bids and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
• Review drawings/specifications and attend pre-bid meetings to define scope.
