Job summary

ECM is seeking a Senior Project Estimator for an on-site role at a uranium fuel enrichment facility in Eunice, NM. The estimator will prepare detailed client and D&Z cost estimates, interfacing with multiple disciplines and supporting budgets, schedules, and audits.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction estimating, strong Excel and estimating tools proficiency, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances to access the site.

Qualifications

• Some college or post-secondary education preferred, or a minimum of five plus years related experience in a construction environment.
• Six plus years of experience in related estimating assignments.
• Computer proficiency certifications are a plus or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Client and/or D&Z cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment/rentals, indirect costs and cash flow.
• Develop craft hour productivity rates with limited work task info by researching past project cost history.
• Produce total project cost estimates to support budgets for expenses and capital projects.
• Interface with all disciplines supporting proposals and EPCM estimates.
• Support audits, reviews, and resource-loaded schedules with estimates.
