Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with estimating software like Autodesk or InEight is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in estimating construction projects.
• Good knowledge of procurement routes and value management.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, including costs and scheduling.
