Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Eunice, New Mexico, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead nuclear construction programs. You will manage stakeholders, oversee complex schedules, and ensure governance and cost control across multi-discipline teams.

The role requires extensive experience in regulated facilities, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in nuclear or other highly regulated industrial facilities.
• PMP certification required.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience managing full lifecycle projects with assigned budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze and track critical milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure use of effective governance, processes, and systems.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to apply design standards correctly.
• Interface with suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
