Day & Zimmermann Maintenance and Construction (DZMC) is seeking an Estimator to join on-site in Wadsworth, TX. The role involves detailed take-offs, developing productivity rates, and producing EPC cost estimates to support budgets and capital projects.

Candidates should have 5+ years in estimating within construction, strong Excel and Win Estimator skills, and familiarity with nuclear EPC estimating. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related estimating experience in a construction environment.
• Experience in Nuclear EPC Industry Estimating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Develop craft hour productivity rates from past projects or team data.
• Produce total project (EPC) cost estimates to support budgets.
• Develop material and subcontractor pricing.
• Interface with disciplines supporting proposal and EPCM estimates.
