Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex estimating and preconstruction for large commercial, industrial, and mission-critical electrical projects, including data centers and healthcare facilities.

You will oversee labor forecasting, equipment analysis, subcontractor evaluations, constructability reviews, value engineering, and risk analysis to drive accurate, competitive pricing from concept through proposal submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent electrical estimating experience.
• Formal electrical apprenticeship training or related education strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex electrical estimates and bid pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed estimates for large-scale electrical projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data center sectors.
• Analyze bid documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules to define project scope and risks.
• Coordinate subcontractor solicitations, pricing, and bid leveling to ensure competitive proposals.
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to estimating standards and processes.
