Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex electrical project pricing across commercial, industrial, healthcare and data center sectors. This role shapes preconstruction strategy, mentors junior staff, and partners with operations, BIM/VDC, procurement and business development throughout pursuit lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has 6–10+ years of progressive estimating experience, a background in design-build and negotiated work, and familiarity with mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Experience leading complex estimates and major bid pursuits with high values.
• Familiarity with design-build, negotiated, conceptual, and hard bid delivery methods.
• Ability to mentor junior estimators and support department development.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed cost estimates for large-scale electrical projects across multiple sectors.
• Analyze bid documents, scopes, schedules, and phasing to define project scope and risks.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates for pursuits.
• Coordinate subcontractor solicitation and price evaluations.
• Present and defend estimates in reviews and client meetings.
