Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of estimating experience.
• Experience with multiple self-perform disciplines.
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment facilities and construction standards.
• Experience leading and supervising other estimators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary party responsible for all estimating assignments.
• Review contracts, specs, and drawings to identify risks and opportunities in pricing.
• Develop and manage the estimate schedule with discipline estimators.
• Distribute design documents to price team and maintain revision control.
• Review final multi-discipline estimate and prepare management reports.
