Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years construction experience with at least 2 years estimating in water/wastewater or heavy civil industry.
• Design-build and Construction Manager at risk experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and apply labor productivity to estimates.
• Solicit quotations for specialty equipment and material.
• Assist with final assembly of estimates and proposal presentations.
