Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Estimating, or equivalent
• Proficient with Excel and Word processing; experience with estimating software Timberline, OST, MC2

Responsibilities

• Ensure estimating process runs smoothly and client expectations are exceeded
• Build relationships to understand client, designer and subcontractor needs
• Facilitate collaboration among team members and communicate with stakeholders
• Manage Assistant Estimators and lead the Estimating team on projects
• Develop and apply value engineering and risk analysis for estimates
• Prepare in-house budgets and GMPs and reconcile with outside estimators
• Lead constructability reviews and subcontractor solicitation/selection
