Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of estimating experience.
• Proficiency with estimating software and office programs.
• Familiarity with market conditions impact on pricing.
• Ability to lead and develop junior estimators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the estimating process runs smoothly and client expectations are exceeded.
