You will oversee conceptual estimates, budgets, GMP development, and value engineering while coordinating with design teams and clients. The role requires a BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years in estimating and 10+ years in construction, and strong Excel and estimating software proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience.
• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in specialized estimating software.
• Federal bidding/estimating experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts on complex, large-scale projects.
• Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Develop budgets, GMP, and value engineering.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure bid quality and price justification.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Prepare Exhibit B and/or scope sheets.
