Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science.
• Minimum of 10 years' related experience.
• Advanced understanding of MS Office and construction estimating concepts.
• Ability to lead small project estimates and communicate effectively.
• Sponsorship for US employment is not available.

Responsibilities

• Perform general or discipline cost estimating and data analysis.
• Prepare cost estimates for services and capital projects.
• Provide input on level of effort and consolidate costing input.
• Develop unit rates for discipline items.
• Support risk analysis and contingency efforts.
