Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in estimating, cost analysis, project controls, or related field.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads preparation and validation of comprehensive cost estimates for complex/high-value projects.
• Directs multidisciplinary reviews of documentation, risk analysis, and constructability assessments.
• Develops and implements advanced estimating tools and benchmarking processes.
• Advises leadership on cost strategies and risk mitigation; leads value engineering efforts.
• Negotiates with vendors, subcontractors, and partners for optimal pricing and terms.
• Drives continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying leading practices.
• Mentors team members in complex estimating processes and procedures.
