• No certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares detailed and accurate project cost estimates for moderately complex projects.
• Reviews drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope, risks, and cost savings.
• Coordinates with project teams to assemble comprehensive bid packages and clarify bidder questions.
• Contributes to value engineering by analyzing cost impacts and proposing alternatives.
