DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to deliver comprehensive project estimates from concept through final pricing, supporting profitability and competitiveness on moderately complex projects.

You will collaborate with preconstruction, project managers, engineers, and procurement to develop value engineering options, analyze market trends, and document assumptions to ensure transparent estimate reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field is required.
• 4-6 years of experience in estimating, cost analysis, project controls, or related field.
• Certifications and Licenses: None required.

Aufgaben

• Prepares detailed and accurate project cost estimates for moderately complex projects, including materials, labor, equipment and subcontractor costs.
• Extracts production data for planning, scope alignment, and integration across teams to support deliverables.
• Reviews drawings, specs and contracts to identify scope, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinates with Precon Coordinators, project managers, engineers, and procurement to assemble bid packages and clarify requirements.
• Analyzes market trends, vendor pricing, and historical data to inform estimate development and risk assessment.
• Contributes to value engineering by analyzing cost impacts and proposing alternative materials or methods.
