DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support our growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids by gathering information, analyzing costs, and presenting options to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimator experience, strong numerical skills, and proven ability to work with suppliers and subcontractors to build reliable bid packages.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of proven experience as estimator or similar position.
• Advanced math and data analysis skills for cost modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Understand performance-based maintenance business model and project requirements.
• Gather information from sites, suppliers, and operators for estimates.
• Conduct cost analyses, forecasting, and budgeting using data.
• Create and submit estimate reports and bids to leadership.
• Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors for quotes.
