DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support growth in performance-based maintenance contracting for roadways and bridges. You will prepare detailed estimates for bids, gathering data, performing analyses, and presenting options to leadership.

The ideal candidate has advanced numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage relationships with internal teams and subcontractors. Requires flexibility for heavy activity periods.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven estimator experience; highway/structures asset maintenance a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and project management principles.
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and estimation formulas.
• Advanced math and IT ability with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and related software.
• Understanding of AI applications in estimation.

Aufgaben

• Understand the performance-based maintenance contracting model.
• Define project requirements and key cost variables.
• Gather information from sites, suppliers, subcontractors and operators.
• Research labor costs, materials, production times, etc.
• Use data analysis, modeling, forecasting and budgeting software.
• Review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors.
• Create, submit, and present estimate/reports to leadership.
