Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Estimator to lead multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules for major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate estimators, validate quantities, and develop robust estimate execution plans across design teams.

You will engage with clients and project leadership, manage risk, and mentor junior staff while supporting domestic and international travel as needed. This role offers flexibility to work from home or in a Stantec office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in estimating and construction.
• Field experience on major infrastructure or waterfront projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate development of multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate input parameters for cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Validate material takeoffs and construction quantities from drawings.
• Prepare basis of cost estimate reports for end users.
• Lead estimate execution plans, staffing, and schedules for major efforts.
• Interface with management and clients to ensure scope alignment.
