Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Pre-employment onboarding may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate discipline estimates into the Proposal Estimate.
• Review design scopes and develop quantities.
• Perform productivity analysis of construction operations.
• Prepare direct labor estimates and distributable or contractors indirect cost estimates.
• Prepare contingency, escalation and reconciliation for estimates.
• Perform comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between projects.
• Prepare management presentations.
• Update and maintain historical cost data.
• Review designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and change management.
• Assist the Pre-Construction/Estimating team in developing preliminary Work Packages.
• During development of Project Work Packages may perform risk assessment and participate in mitigation discussions.
