Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 10+ years of relevant estimating experience and ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates on proposals, projects, and studies ensuring estimates are complete and accurate.
• Plan, coordinate, review, verify and analyze all aspects of estimates and estimate presentation.
• Direct, train and develop subordinates in estimating practices.
• Maintain and review the company estimating database.
• Coordinate estimation factors with Engineering Operations, Procurement and Construction.
• Provide technical advice to Project Manager for various levels of estimates.
• Ensure flow of project assignments aligns with schedules and budgets.
• Assist estimating leadership with independent assessment of an estimate's accuracy.
• Develop formal training programs to improve estimation techniques.
