Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking an Estimator to lead the development of complex, high-value conceptual estimates and competitive bid strategies for major EPC projects. You will transform early concepts into accurate cost models that drive sound business decisions and winning pursuits.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will guide the bid team, oversee RFP analysis, estimate development, proposal strategy, risk assessment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years of estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity surveys and estimates for assigned divisions.
• Solicit subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Participate in plan reviews and estimate reviews.
• Assist in compiling historical cost data.
• Attend project meetings and perform site investigations.
• Supervise bid team and manage bid schedule.
