Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5+ years in estimating for commercial construction projects.
• Experience with lump sum and negotiated work.
• Review bid documents and assess risks; prepare bid packages.
• Coordinate with PM and stakeholders to finalize estimates.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand bid documents and assess potential risks.
• Prepare bid packages and compare and analyze competitive subcontract and supplier bids.
• Review estimates with project management team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate packages.
• Buy out job, award to subcontractors and manage contract process.
