LeoForce is seeking a Chief Estimator for our Ground Up Construction division in West Chester, PA. This senior role leads all estimating activities, oversees the estimating team, and ensures accurate, competitive bids from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in construction estimation, a proven bid-winning track record, and strong leadership and communication skills. Join a dynamic team driving large-scale, high-quality builds with robust budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ground-up construction estimation.
• Proven bid-winning track record and strong project cost control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, comprehensive project estimates and budgets from inception.
• Analyze plans and specs to determine project scope and cost.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and contractors to collect data.
• Oversee and direct all estimating teams.
• Participate in bid reviews and present proposals to ensure competitive bids.
• Mentor and lead a team of estimators, providing guidance as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and material costs.
• Maintain estimation software and databases for accuracy and efficiency.
