Job summary

Jobot is partnering with a growing construction management firm in the Greater Philadelphia Area to hire estimators at all levels. The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $175,000 per year.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field and 5+ years of estimating experience on commercial projects. Experience with lump sum and negotiated work is preferred, along with review of bid documents and preparation of bid packages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating for commercial construction projects.
• Experience with lump sum and negotiated work preferred.
• Review and understand all bid documents and assess potential risks.
• Prepare bid packages and compare and analyze competitive subcontract and supplier bids.
• Review estimates with project management team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate packages.
• Buy out job, award to subcontractors and manage contract process.
