The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of GC/CM estimating experience, strong conceptual and hard bid skills, and the ability to manage estimates from $5M–$30M independently. This is a high-impact, leadership-facing role supporting project pursuits across healthcare, higher education, K-12, civic, and light industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle estimates (conceptual through GMP/bid)
• Manage subcontractor outreach, scope analysis, and proposal evaluations
• Partner with BD and marketing teams on pursuits and presentations
• Build cost models, track clarifications, and assess early-phase schedule impacts
• Coach junior estimators and support continuous improvement in preconstruction

Qualifications

• 7+ years estimating experience with a commercial GC or CM
• Proficiency in ProEst, Sage, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of unit cost development and productivity
• Experience in healthcare, education, or institutional markets preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines
• Skilled communicator with external client and internal team engagement
• Annual Base: $125,000–$165,000 (DOE)
