Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction

Location: Englewood, CO

Type: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | Flexible Schedule

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 base + performance bonus

What You’ll Do

• Lead estimates from concept through final bid
• Perform quantity takeoffs and scope development
• Manage subcontractor pricing, proposals, and bid leveling
• Analyze drawings and specs for constructability and risk
• Collaborate closely with PMs, executives, and ownership

What You Bring

• 7–10 years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with reputable GCs on $15M–$40M+ projects
• Strong knowledge of local subcontractor networks and pricing
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative
• Comfortable with limited local/regional travel for site walks or meetings
