Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience on major capital projects in PM or project controls.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with construction estimating software for large-scale capital projects.
• Proficiency with ACCE is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with industry tools (e.g., Cleopatra Estimating, Autodesk ProEst, Sage Estimating, InEight Estimating, Stack, RIB CostX).
• Advanced Excel modeling and experience managing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for major capital projects.
• Build and scale analytical tools for portfolio optimization, value improvement, and cost/schedule diagnostics.
• Develop construction cost models and drive impact on large-scale capital projects.
• Engage with clients by gathering data, testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize findings into complex models, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of capital projects industry and contribute to firm expertise.
