Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years on major capital projects in PM or project controls.
• 3+ years with construction estimating software for large-scale projects.
• Experience in consulting, strategic planning, or research is a plus.
• ACCE proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with industry tools (see list) is a strong asset.
• Advanced Excel modeling and large dataset analysis skills.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and teamwork.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for major capital projects.
• Build and scale analytical tools for portfolio optimization and cost/schedule diagnostics.
• Develop construction cost models and proprietary solutions for large projects.
• Engage with clients: gather data, test hypotheses, present findings to leadership.
• Create benchmarking databases, cost models, and market perspectives for internal and external audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of capital projects industry and contribute to firm knowledge base.
• Receive training and mentorship while growing leadership capabilities.
• Travel to client sites as required to support engagements.
