Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead residential, commercial, and industrial estimates using Xactimate. This role focuses on creating accurate scopes, floor plans, and budgets while coordinating with clients and management to ensure on-time project completion.

The candidate should have proven experience in estimation, knowledge of building codes, and strong communication skills to manage client relationships and project budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating experience over $50,000 and commercial up to $100,000.
• Certified on BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 and 2.
• Xactimate Intermediate training completed.
• Proficient in MS Office and MSDS handling.
• Strong communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scopes.
• Create floor plans and roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain budgets and address overages as they arise.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as needed.
• Meet with clients and communicate progress to management.
• Independently manage own work and maintain safety checks.
