Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates across residential, commercial and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, develop quality estimates using Xactimate, and manage work through completion while reviewing budgets and reporting progress to management.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Xactimate, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimates >$50,000 and Commercial up to $100,000.
• Completed BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 & 2 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under variance.
• Create floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed (board-ups, water, fire, vandalism).
• Maintain vehicle safety and complete incident reporting forms as required.
• Communicate progress with clients and management.
